Honeyberry - 'Keiko' - 2 YR Old

Fruiting size/age honeyberry plant. Incredibly easy to grow. Tolerant of almost all soil types and does not require any annual pruning.

'Keiko' is a Japanese variety from Dr. Maxine Thompson's breeding program, which will perform well in both cold & hot climates, from Zones 2 - 9.

Oval-shaped berries are tart/sweet & medium sized. 'Keiko' is a very vigorous grower, has an upright and spreading. At full maturity, the plants can reach 7 feet in height with a spread of 5 ½ feet. Considered a heavy-yielding variety.

-Plant Format: Bare root, 2-yr Old Stock. Fruiting-size -Self-fertile: No...plant with another variety for cross-pollination and fruit set. -Best time to plant: fall & winter.
