Vaccinium ovatum 'Evergreen Huckelberry'
Dark, glossy-green evergreen leaves on this compact, easy-to-maintain, and highly-ornamental fruiting shrub.
Grows 3-5 ft tall and wide in full sun, but can grow up to 10 ft tall and wide if planted in a shady location.
Spring flowers are pale pink, urn-shaped flowers which give way to sweet & edible fruit that is red at first, then turns blue-black in late summer/early fall.
Can make an excellent standalone bush or a stunning hedge!
Highly deer-resistant and virtually disease and pest-free once established.
