We offer a limited replacement/refund policy as follows:
-We DO NOT offer refunds on products shipped- only replacements
-Items that arrive DOA (dead on arrival) are eligible for a full replacement, subject to a review by a LGOF staff member, which can take up to 30 days
-Please note that items are typically shipped dormant (between 11/15 - 3/15) so they may appear dead but not actually be dead.
-We will ask for a "scratch test" to be completed and a photo of the results submitted to be reviewed by one of our Staff. If the cambium layer is green, the item is alive. If brown, the item will be considered DOA and eligible for replacement
-Claims must have photo documentation and submitted within 48 hours of delivery (per tracking info) to [email protected]
-Missing Items / Items Not Delivered Policy:
If tracking # shows item(s) were delivered, but you did not receive them, you will have to file a claim with the shipping company (UPS, USPS, etc) & not Lush Grove Organic Farm.
