Honeyberry - "Kawai" - 2 YR Old

Fruiting size/age honeyberry plant. As with all haskaps, 'Kawai' is very easy to grow and will perform excellently in Zones 2-9.

It is a vigorous grower that will reach approximately 4-6 ft tall & wide. The flavor of the fruit is very good, mild, and sweet.
Taste is similar to a cross between a blueberry & a raspberry with a little hint of kiwi!

• Plant Format: 2+ yr Old, Bare root stock. -Best time to plant is late fall & winter while bush is dormant (11/15 - 2/15). 
• Self-fertile: No...plant with a second variety of honeyberry (haskap) to ensure a good fruit set.
